My wife recently had full knee replacement surgery, After surgery was in a lot of pain from knee as would be expected, but in more pain from hip and back. We began using On The Go Physio for my 90 year old mother after she had several falls. Kastir came to her apartment, assessed her needs and provided us with a series of exercises for her to practise (SAIL Level 1) and booked a follow up appointment for the next month. Since that time my mother has done the prescribed exercises and is getting much stronger. I really appreciate the fact that I don’t have to drive her to appointments and that she can do most of the work at home with the assistance of her regular care aide.
