Kastir has excellent techniques for dealing with someone with mobility issues. He is very encouraging and provides good advice for ongoing healing and improvement. We are very glad we were told of his service by our doctor.

We began using On The Go Physio for my 90 year old mother after she had several falls. Kastir came to her apartment, assessed her needs and provided us with a series of exercises for her to practise (SAIL Level 1) and booked a follow up appointment for the next month. Since that time my mother has done the prescribed exercises and is getting much stronger. I really appreciate the fact that I don’t have to drive her to appointments and that she can do most of the work at home with the assistance of her regular care aide.

Kastir has been working with my elderly dad since he suffered a serious stroke in July 2017. Kastir’s has been able to motivate my dad even though at times my dad felt like giving up. Kastir is kind and yet has a way of encouraging his clients to motivate themselves to improve their current circumstances. Kastir has never given up on my dad and our family is so grateful for his care. Kastir has a way of keeping dad focussed on moving forward and feeling better. Thank you for the fantastic home visits for my aunt. Had no problems giving 1 on 1 treatment for an older Asian lady who barely spoke English, from being bed ridden to walking on her own again.
